Terms of Service

These terms apply to enquiries and services provided by Amazing Healing Touch (ABN 32 894 582 880), Perth, Western Australia. By making an enquiry or arranging a session, you agree to these terms.

Nature of the services

Energy healing, therapeutic massage, Raynor Massage, NLP and hypnosis-informed sessions are complementary wellbeing services. They are not medical, psychological or emergency services and do not diagnose, treat or cure medical conditions. They are not a substitute for advice from a qualified doctor, psychologist or other registered health professional.

Your responsibility

Please tell Voja before a session about relevant injuries, pregnancy, allergies, medications, medical conditions or anything that may affect your comfort or safety. You may pause or stop a session at any time. Seek urgent medical help by calling 000 in an emergency.

Enquiries and appointments

Submitting the enquiry form does not create a confirmed appointment. Voja will contact you to discuss your needs, suitability, availability, location and any applicable fees. Appointment details are confirmed only when agreed directly with you.

Payment and cancellation

Payment methods, fees and cancellation arrangements will be confirmed before an appointment. If you need to change or cancel, please provide as much notice as possible. Any cancellation fee will be communicated to you in advance and will be applied fairly.

Respect and confidentiality

Sessions are intended to be private, respectful and free from discrimination or harassment. Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Liability and Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, Amazing Healing Touch is not responsible for loss caused by information you withhold, failure to follow professional medical advice, or events outside reasonable control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of Western Australia, subject to applicable consumer rights.
